Crafted from richly textured Shetland wool flannel with subtle depth of tone, and lined with an extra-soft fabric for exceptional comfort, it’s designed as a versatile, all-purpose layer to wear from autumn through spring.

This season, it comes in a warm pepper-red shade that adds a touch of brightness to your seasonal outfits.

This overshirt runs slightly large. If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller one.

How to wear it

A wool with character

We love the winter season — it’s the perfect opportunity to work with thick, warm, and textured fabrics that truly stand out, like this Shetland-type wool with its generous weight of 390 g/m.

This is a carded wool, processed in a relatively raw way that preserves shorter fibres and small irregularities within the fabric. Carding gives it:

  • A natural loft that provides excellent thermal insulation,
  • A richly heathered, rustic texture full of depth — the fabric’s pepper-red colour is interwoven with yellow threads, adding extra texture and visual richness —
  • And a slightly hairy surface, with fine fibres rising to the top for a subtly tactile look.

This wool cloth is woven in Portugal by Morgado, a family-owned company with nearly a century of experience, which oversees its entire production chain through full vertical integration — from spinning to weaving and dyeing.
